Pure Financial Advisors, Inc. Announces New Location in Los Angeles
San Diego based wealth management firm opens third location
LOS ANGELES – Pure Financial Advisors, a fee-only financial planner and asset management firm, is opening their third location in Southern California on February 23, 2015. The office will be located at 21900 Burbank Boulevard in Woodland Hills, CA.
“It’s been a long term goal to expand since the beginning. We chose Woodland Hills because we focus on the mass affluent and it’s very centrally located to that target demographic,” said Michael Fenison, Founder and CEO of Pure Financial.
The decision to expand this year transpired from the firm’s rapid growth since they opened their first location. From zero clients and no assets in March 2008, the firm now has 1,200 clients and surpassed $1 billion in asset under management last year. Fenison anticipates seeing that same trajectory in Los Angeles.
To welcome the public to their newest location, Pure Financial is offering complimentary two-meeting financial assessment where their advisors will provide a detailed report regarding a cash flow analysis, retirement planning, investments, tax management services, estate planning and risk management. The branch manager, Ken Benedict, CFP® will also be teaching two-day retirement educational courses at local high school and college campuses.Class schedules can be accessed at PureFinancial.com.
Pure Financial’s value proposition and driver of growth is their unique integration of tax-centric financial planning and asset management to maximize the value for their clients. The firm has 3 CPA’s who provide ongoing tax projections for all financial plans.
“Almost everyone can improve what they’re doing with their taxes. With careful tax planning, retirees may pay a 15% tax rate even if they’re living a 25% big tax bracket,” says Alan Clopine, Director of Tax Planning for Pure Financial.
Michael Fenison’s goal is to continue the expansion of Pure Financial with plans to open another three branches in the Los Angeles region within the next 24 months.
