Using her exceptional customer service skills and affinity for people, Kathryn manages a multitude of client relations issues as a professional-client liaison, always focused on exceeding expectations. In public relations for over 20 years, Kathryn was a Customer Service and Corporate Restaurant Manager Trainer, Chief Concierge for a major San Diego hotel, and National Sales Force Instructor for a home-based business, all while raising four children. Additionally, Kathryn is a Certified Life Coach and a Notary Public. Now an empty-nester, she is attending the University of Alabama – Bama by Distance – to earn a degree in Family Financial Planning and Counseling.
Kathryn, a San Diego native, and her husband Kelly enjoy traveling, snow skiing, and spending time with their children and grandchildren.
