Terry Moore has helped more than 300 investors succeed in the last generation.
Terry has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, been married 36 years, and is a CCIM, certified commercial investment member. Nationally he’s in the top 5% of investment brokers.
He is an owner of ACI Apartments, in the top five most productive income property brokers in county, the only broker in the county to win the Triple Crown of Investment Brokerage excellence: Deal maker of year 2001; Investment Transaction of the year, 1991; and CCIM of the year, 1992.
Terry is also the author of Building Legacy Wealth: Top San Diego Apartment Broker Shows How to Build Wealth Through Low-Risk Investment Property and Live a Life Worth Imitating.
