Michelle Balconi is a writer and speaker focused on creating connections between children and adults through economics, democracy and immigration. Her Let’s Chat About series with Dr. Arthur Laffer provides a framework for family discussions on important topics through familiar stories to establish a foundation for continued conversations. Before writing, Michelle worked in communications for 15 years alongside technology engineers and investors introducing first-to-market products. She feels fortunate to have met a variety of interesting people while growing up in Florida, living many years in Massachusetts and Michigan and now in California with her husband and two children.
