As a key member of the Corporate Development team, Zack partners with advisors and RIA principals who are planning their next phase of growth or evaluating succession strategies. Bringing a relationship-driven and consultative approach to M&A, Zack leverages his industry network and operational experience to identify opportunities, evaluate strategic fit, and support transactions that advance sustainable growth for both buyers and sellers. He is particularly focused on supporting founders and advisory teams through periods of transition, with an emphasis on continuity, culture, and long-term success.

Zack began his career at Nuveen Asset Management in 2021, where he held multiple roles across advisor consulting and distribution teams, specializing in alternative investments, real assets, and fixed income strategies. In this capacity, he has built trusted, long-term relationships with financial advisors and firm leadership, generated significant net sales, and served as a product specialist supporting complex investment solutions and first-time allocations.

Beyond his professional work, Zack has more than five years of volunteer experience as a Suicide Prevention and Crisis Counselor with Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, reflecting a strong commitment to service and community impact.

Zack earned his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and has previously held FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. Originally from New Jersey, Zack has lived in Breckenridge, CO, Sitka, AK, Los Angeles, CA, and now San Diego, where he enjoys an active lifestyle that includes snowboarding, surfing, golf, and traveling with his wife, Edina.
