BIOGRAPHY
Susan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional who earned her BA in Financial Services from San Diego State’s College of Business Administration, also receiving a SDSU Personal Financial Planning Certificate. In addition, prior to working with a fee-only advisory firm, Susan held the FINRA series 7 and 63 securities registration. Until joining Pure Financial Advisors, Susan worked with a local wealth management firm specializing in financial and estate planning services for high-net-worth individuals. Susan joined Pure because she believes the firm’s team approach and goal development process provides clients with innovative solutions rarely available at other financial planning institutions. She also brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in utilizing financial planning and investment software in developing strategies and solutions that involve investment allocations, risk management, estate planning, taxes, cash flow analysis, and retirement planning.
Susan is very passionate about providing financial literacy for students and helping them gain valuable experience in the financial planning field. In her spare time, she volunteers for the National Financial Planning Association (FPA) NexGen executive committee, to aid young financial planners in their professional advancement.
