Makayla Marx

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Makayla brings her expertise in office administration and client service to her role as Senior Client Services Specialist at Pure. With a strong background in operations management and a client-focused approach, she is committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering a seamless experience for both clients and advisors.

Currently pursuing a double major in Psychology and Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources, Makayla is expanding her knowledge of human behavior, organizational leadership, and relationship management. Her academic pursuits complement her professional experience and further strengthen her ability to understand client needs, build meaningful relationships, and provide thoughtful support.

Outside of the office, Makayla is a devoted Alabama football fan (Roll Tide!) and enjoys exploring new places, pursuing opportunities for personal and professional growth, and spending time with friends and family.
