Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Makayla brings her proficiency in office administration and client services to her role as a Client Services Specialist at Pure. With a strong background in operations management and a focus on client needs, she works diligently to provide solutions that enhance the overall client experience.
Currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in psychology, Makayla is deepening her understanding of client relationships and human behavior, which allows her to build meaningful connections with those she serves.
As a devoted Alabama football fan (ROLL TIDE!!!), Makayla enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their Australian Shepherd, Koda, always eager to discover new adventures and create cherished moments with friends and family.
