Lily Sharma

Lily Sharma is an accounting professional with more than 15 years of financial reporting experience across financial services, private equity, municipal, and corporate environments. She brings a strong accounting background and a passion for the financial industry to support a collaborative, client-focused team.

Prior to joining Pure Financial, Lily served as a Senior Accountant at BWE, Inc., where she managed financial reporting, payroll support, tax filings, and year-end reporting. She also worked as an Accountant for the City of Rocklin, supporting financial reporting and audit processes. Earlier in her career, Lily held senior accounting and financial reporting roles at Vestar Capital Partners, and an auditor at Anchin, Block, & Anchin LLP, gaining extensive experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, partnership accounting, and tax compliance. Her diverse background across both public accounting and private industry has provided her with a well-rounded perspective and deep expertise in complex financial environments.

Lily earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University, State University of New York, and was a licensed CPA in New York. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for being detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Originally from New York City, Lily now calls San Diego home, where she lives with her husband and two boys. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, hiking, practicing yoga, exercising, and appreciates the active lifestyle and year-round sunshine San Diego offers.
