Lavan Konshak serves as a Client Services Specialist with Pure Financial Advisors, where she supports clients and advisors by facilitating account servicing and helping deliver a seamless client experience. She began her career in the financial services industry in 2016 and has built a strong background in client service, operations support, and process improvement. Before joining Pure, Lavan held leadership and operations roles focused on streamlining workflows, building programs, and improving organizational efficiency.
Outside of work, Lavan enjoys volunteering in her community, fostering animals, tackling home remodeling projects, and camping with her dog, Bailey. She believes in being a lifelong student, staying curious, and embracing continuous learning.
