Jennifer Kaeter is the Business Operations Strategist at Pure Financial Advisors. In this role, she focuses on optimizing operational processes, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and partnering with leadership to improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery across the firm.
Jennifer brings deep operational insight from her previous role as Director of Client Services, where she led the Client Services Department and was responsible for team development, service execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. That hands-on leadership experience continues to inform her strategic, firm-wide approach to operations today.
With over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Jennifer has a strong background in client service, operational leadership, and process improvement.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys time with family and friends and making the most of the San Diego outdoors—especially anywhere near the water.
