BIOGRAPHY
Jason leads the Project Management Office at Pure Financial Advisors, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to turn strategy into execution across the firm.
With experience dating back to the year 2000 in operations and project management, he specializes in building scalable PMO structures, leading complex initiatives in regulated environments, and improving systems and processes that support firm growth.
Known as a hands-on, practical leader, Jason brings clarity to complexity, aligns stakeholders, and empowers teams to deliver results—so advisors can stay focused on serving clients.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and, until joining Pure, was a FINRA-licensed Operations Professional. Originally from San Luis Obispo, CA, Jason has lived in Pensacola, FL, Chicago, IL, Cupertino, CA, Tokyo, Japan, and has now grown roots in San Diego. Outside of work, Jason enjoys the outdoors – especially backpacking and cycling – as well as exploring new places with his family.
