Heather Ford

Heather Ford serves as a Client Service Specialist at Pure Financial. She has over a decade of Customer Service experience, along with five years specializing in finance and operations. Prior to Pure Financial, Heather was a part of AlphaCore Advisory as a Client Service and Operations Specialist. In this role, she gained a thorough understanding of alternative investments, custodian platforms for Schwab and Fidelity, and processing all aspects of client onboarding and account maintenance. As a Senior Operations Specialist at LPL Financial, she demonstrated a deep understanding of LPL Financial’s products and services, allowing her to effectively assist clients in navigating the company’s offerings.

Her experience has sharpened her skills in managing customer accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records, utilizing her attention to detail and proficiency in various operational systems. With a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving operational excellence, Heather is committed to providing outstanding support to clients and colleagues alike.

In her free time, she dives into her deep passion for soccer and is either rooting for her favorite team or on the pitch playing right mid. When she’s not on the field, she can be found spending time with her pup and heading out to enjoy the beach together.
