Eric Diep is an IT Lead Support Specialist at Pure. He has been working in IT support roles since 2005. His IT support experiences include working as a Senior IT Support Specialist and System Administrator, troubleshooting, implementing and supporting various information systems. Eric is recognized for delivering effective solutions, excellent customer service and being a great team player.
In his free time, Eric enjoys mountain biking, hiking and outdoor activities with friends and family. Eric also enjoys home DIY projects.
