Pure Financial Advisors is seeking a personable, organized, and client-focused professional to join our San Diego office as a Client Relations Specialist (Front Office Specialist). This is a full-time position at the heart of our client experience — you will be the first face clients and prospective clients see when they walk through our doors, and a key voice they hear on the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Front Office

  • Greet and welcome prospective and existing clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients visiting the San Diego office
  • Answer and manage a high volume of inbound phone calls, routing inquiries appropriately
  • Provide timely assistance and support to clients, addressing questions and handling requests

Administrative & Office Support

  • Perform a variety of administrative and office support duties (including ordering supplies and stocking the breakroom) to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support Financial Advisors and clients with scheduling/rescheduling appointments
  • Assist the Operations team with processing paperwork, scanning documents, and managing and updating client files
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for client-facing classes, workshops, and events

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a front office, receptionist, client services, or administrative role preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — both verbal and written
  • Warm, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for client service
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
  • Experience in financial services is a plus, but not required
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete accurate, thorough work with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to prioritize and manage fluctuating workloads while multitasking effectively
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, taking initiative when needed

Additional Details:

  • This is an in-office (non-remote) position
  • Schedule: 8:30a-5:00p, Monday-Friday
  • Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000 (annualized)
  • Notary (must obtain credentials following hire)
