We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Billing and Data team as an entry-level Billing and Data Analyst.

This position will support the accurate and timely billing of client accounts and help ensure the integrity of key firm data and will work closely with multiple departments and play a supporting role in integrating data from firms we acquire (e.g., gain exposure to M&A data integration and support).

This is an entry-level position and may be an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to start a career in finance and billing/data operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with quarterly billing processes across major custodians
  • Perform reconciliations and help identify and resolve data inconsistencies
  • Support weekly internal audits to ensure system and data accuracy
  • Prepare basic reports and assist administrative tasks as needed
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help streamline data workflows
  • Support transition efforts associated with M&A data integration

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (required)
  • 1-3 years of financial services/billing and/or data management is required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables preferred)
  • Ability to learn and utilize data systems such as Salesforce, Tamarac, and Portfolio Center
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and also collaborate with a team
  • Strong attention-to-detail
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic familiarity with coding languages is a plus, but not required

Additional Details:

  • Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000 (annualized)

  • This is an on-site/in-office; however, this position may be able to move to a hybrid schedule at a future date.
