Marysol Flores

Marysol Flores brings a deep passion for retirement education and financial planning to her role as a Financial Advisor at Pure Financial Advisors. She first stepped into the financial services industry in 2007 at Citigroup, establishing a lifelong commitment to helping individuals navigate complex financial landscapes. Since then, Marysol has built a diverse track record of success. Prior to joining Pure, her industry experience includes providing retirement education for Southern California government employees at MissionSquare Inc. and providing tailored wealth management for high-net-worth clients as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and Financial Advisor at Ameriprise.

Complementing her wealth services experience, her multifaceted background includes leading financial operations at Citigroup and executing public policy work for the California State Assembly. She is a past recipient of the Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, a graduate of the Coro Fellows in Public Affairs Program in New York City, and an alumna of the National Urban Fellows Graduate Scholarship Program.

Marysol earned a Master’s in Public Administration from CUNY Baruch College and a Bachelor’s from UC Davis, and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification and Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor℠ designation.

Outside of her professional work, she has a personal commitment to her family and for community service, volunteering with the American Red Cross and the Latina Golfers Professional Golf Association. Marysol enjoys fitness, international travel, and learning culture through food, art, and movies. A Los Angeles native, Marysol cherishes time with her husband, son, daughter, granddaughter, and reading a great book!
