As the Information Technology Support Specialist for Pure Financial, Jeremy is the first responder to the internal helpdesk.  The helpdesk is responsible for assisting with providing Pure employees support on company applications and platforms. This includes troubleshooting hardware issues, the peripherals these technologies use, and the software that runs them.

Born and raised in San Diego, Jeremy began his IT career by rebuilding computer systems at the age of 16 years old. Jeremy has always been a technologist and believes in data-driven solutions and utilizing technology to provide a streamlined experience for users. Before joining Pure, Jeremy worked in the IT-related industry for 10 years. After supporting many different platforms, operating systems, and technologies, Jeremy spends his free time enjoying the outdoors through camping and traveling.
