BIOGRAPHY
Starting in customer service in 2010 and transitioning into operations management by 2016, Aracely has built a career grounded in efficiency, collaboration, and exceptional service. With leadership experience spanning the logistics and financial planning industries, she has consistently driven operational improvements and supported strategic initiatives across diverse teams.
After earning a B.S. in Business Management from California State University, Long Beach in 2020, Aracely joined an RIA firm in Ontario, California. By 2022, she had advanced into the role of Team Lead in the Operations Specialist department. For over three years, she led teams, streamlined workflows, managed client accounts, and contributed to the firm’s financial planning efforts, all while supporting cross-functional goals.
Outside of work, Aracely enjoys spending quality time with family, exploring new restaurants, attending church, and creating lasting memories.
