We are looking for a passionate and competitive inside sales representative. This individual will play an integral role in our client acquisition efforts. The primary function of this position is to secure appointments for our financial advisors, through consistent outbound phone calls.
Qualified leads are provided based on having expressed an interest in meeting with one of our advisors.

- Perform outbound calls daily to secure advisor appointments
- Continuously refine and improve efficiencies
- Effectively communicate Pure Financial Advisor’s “best in class” offerings
- Use Salesforce or CRMS tool to manage the pipeline activity and track progress/goals
- Minimum of two years of proven inside sales experience
- Strong past achievement record including quota attainment and exceeding sales objectives
- Comfortable making a multitude of calls daily
- Capable of working independently and taking initiative
- Ability to think on your feet in a conversation and provide added value when necessary
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record, as well as reliable transportation and proof of insurance
