The Client Services Support position’s primary focus is assisting and supporting the Client Services department and team members. This position may also interact with our Financial Advisors and act as a liaison with other departments such as Investment Management and Planning to fulfill client servicing requests.
Ideally, we are looking for someone that has the skills and desire to learn, train and potentially move into a Client Services Specialist position in the future. This position may be required (with training) to assume increased responsibilities, such as the preparation of applications, handling transfer paperwork & agreements, and assisting clients with online access, rollovers, or other client-related processes.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill client servicing requests such as Wire or ACH funds, check requests or any other document requests
- Process account maintenance requests such as address and email changes
- Review paperwork to ensure documents are complete and submit to custodians, as needed
- Enter client information and data into Salesforce (new account information, set service cases, etc.)
- Assist clients with online access to view accounts
- Update eMoney planning software with changes (e.g., transfers, new accounts, money movement)
- Upload documents into on-line storage website (e.g., Net Documents)
- Receive, scan and process incoming and outgoing mail
- May be required to assist with Operations/Compliance duties (e.g., tracking, downloads, reports, etc.)
- Position will be required to assist or help cover Client Relations, as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or similar fields preferred
- Some prior financial planning experience or the financial services industry knowledge preferred
- Strong attention-to-detail
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize fluctuating workloads. Capable of managing time and handling multiple demands and competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer-service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experienced user of Fidelity Wealthscape, TD Ameritrade Institutional VEO or Charles Schwab Institutional preferred
- Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
Additional Details:
Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000 (annualized)
