The Client Services Support position’s primary focus is assisting and supporting the Client Services department and team members. However, this position may require (upon additional training) to assume increased responsibilities, such as the preparation of applications, handling transfer paperwork & agreements, and assisting clients with online access, rollovers, or other client-related processes. This position provides training and development to potentially advance into a Client Services Specialist position in the future.

Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000 (annualized)

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill client servicing requests (e.g., Wire or ACH funds, check requests and other document requests)
  • Process account maintenance requests (e.g., address and email changes)
  • Review paperwork to ensure documents are complete and submit to custodians, as needed
  • Enter client information and data (e.g., new account information, set service cases) into our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Assist clients with online access and/or viewing accounts
  • Update eMoney planning software with changes (e.g., transfers, new accounts, money movement)
  • Upload & title documents into online/cloud storage (e.g., Egnyte) – Update eMoney planning software with changes (e.g., transfers, new accounts, money movement)
  • Receive, scan, and process incoming and outgoing mail

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field preferred. High school diploma required
  • Previous experience in account management within the financial services industry is highly preferred
  • Strong attention-to-detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize fluctuating workloads and competing priorities
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients or others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experienced user of Fidelity Wealthscape and/or Charles Schwab Institutional preferred
  • Salesforce CRM and/or eMoney financial planning software experience is a plus
