Sam Ball is a UK-based TEDx speaker and investor who saved and invested his student loan while studying accounting and finance at Durham University. He made returns of over 70% in his first year in the stock market and has since diversified his portfolio into art and cryptocurrencies. He currently works in personal tax and is studying to become a chartered accountant. Sam is an ICO (initial coin offering) advisor to a blockchain-based real estate and mortgage investment platform called Nest.
